Plaintiff was struck by a forklift while working on the dock at a Port of Houston facility suffering a fracture of his left tibia and fibula. Fractures were surgically repaired – open reduction, internal fixation. Jury trial – verdict for the Plaintiff in the amount of $1,662,500.00.
Date: April 2015
Plaintiffs sustained respiratory injuries from exposure to hydrogen sulfide while working on an oil well owned and operated by Dee-Jay. Jury trial – verdict for the Plaintiffs in the amount of $1,500,000.00.
Date: October 2018
Plaintiff sustained a neck injury as a result of a collision involving a tractor-trailer. As a result, he underwent a cervical fusion and was unable to return to his previous occupation. Case settled for a confidential amount.
